Conductivity Enhancement of Graphene and Graphene Derivatives by Silver Nanoparticles

In this article, a facile way for the doping of graphene and derivatives with silver nanoparticles at different Ag ratios is described. were formed directly on surface two substrates dispersed in dimethylformamide by reduction cations NaBH4. A few layered nanosheets (FLG) produced from graphite reduced oxide functionalized amino arylsulfonates (f-rGO) used as substrates. The final graphene/Ag nanoparticle hybrid form solid, dense spots showed enhanced electrical conductivity, which can be attributed to formation conductive interconnections between 2D nanosheets. Importantly, conductivities 20 167 103 S m−1 measured hybrids f-rGO FLG, respectively, higher percentage without an annealing process. representative was development highly water-based gravure ink excellent printing properties.
